We then provided an interactive web interface for executives to access from their computers or mobile devices that put critical performance indicators at their fingertips day or night.
There are 9 interactive, visual reports from the data that allow users to customize the inputs from tablets (iPads), phones (iPhone), or from a web browser. Performance efficiency and KPI’s between plants, manufacturing lines, and individual machines can all be viewed in graphical and comparative formats.
The initial prototype was in our client’s hands within 33 days, and the overall project was completed within 90 days.
Today, the system is mature and in use by C-level executives across their North American organization, with a view to expand it globally.
